Cloudtopia is about the hate-love relationship between two rivaling news reporters, Charlotte & Jerry. Charlotte & Jerry are two polar opposites when it comes to their personalities, presents, and most importantly how they work. But somehow.. their differences are what makes them so similar in their world. Through their eyes-- we see their relationship with one another, along with different encounters of their daily lives.

Cloudtopia as a world takes place during the 1980s. The world centers itself around . . clouds, clouds and news. The clouds are a main driving force behind their people's magic, something that is very weather controlled.
